Job summary

Aosis is seeking a Remote Film Editor to join its virtual post‑production team, shaping narrative flow and emotional impact across film and video projects. This remote role requires a keen eye for detail and storytelling, with the ability to collaborate across time zones.

You will edit raw footage, color grade, perform basic sound mixing, and integrate effects and motion graphics using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Film Editor or Post-Production Editor with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Solid understanding of narrative structure and cinematic storytelling.
• Experience with color grading and basic audio mixing.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into compelling narrative sequences with seamless pacing.
• Collaborate with directors/producers to translate vision into final edits.
• Perform color correction, basic sound mixing, and integrate VFX/ motion graphics.
• Organize project media and manage archival workflow.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and iterate edits as required.
