Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Facilities Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple sites from a distance. You will coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and compliance using digital platforms, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.

This role offers autonomy in a fully remote setup with tools for remote monitoring, strong collaboration with third-party providers, and opportunities to optimize facility operations across locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule cleaning services and maintenance activities for all company facilities remotely.
• Act as the main liaison between the company and third-party service providers (e.g., cleaning crews, maintenance technicians).
• Manage incoming facility-related requests and ensure timely resolution, tracking progress through digital platforms.
• Develop and implement remote monitoring systems to track cleanliness standards and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and cleaning schedules for all sites.
• Assist in developing and enforcing operational policies and procedures to ensure a consistent standard across all locations.
