Placements24 is seeking an experienced Exploration Geochemist for a fully remote role based in South Africa. You will analyze geochemical data from global projects to guide mineral exploration strategies, working independently with remote teams and using advanced tools to interpret signatures across ore deposit types.

The ideal candidate holds an MSc or PhD in Geochemistry or related field with 6+ years of experience, strong reporting skills, and proficiency in ioGAS and GCDKit.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Geochemistry or related field is required.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in mineral exploration geochemistry.
• Expertise in multivariate statistical analysis and geochemical data modeling.

Responsibilities
