A high-performing Executive Search firm is looking for a Recruitment Consultant in Cape Town. You will support senior consultants in delivering executive searches for global financial institutions. Key qualifications include 18 months of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in recruitment tools. Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recruitment experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Experience in Professional Services (Finance, Legal, Consulting, Insurance) also considered.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound candidate enquiries and present profiles.
• Source and screen candidates via databases and LinkedIn.
• Conduct candidate interviews for executive searches.
• Maintain accurate records in the database.
