The role requires deep knowledge of esports ecosystems, strong logistics and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Experience directing esports tournaments end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of online esports tournaments from concept to post-event analysis.
• Develop rulesets, schedules, and brackets ensuring fairness and integrity.
• Coordinate with developers, casters, and production teams for smooth execution.
• Manage player communications, registration, and support throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor live events, troubleshoot issues, and make real-time decisions.
