Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Enterprise Sales Executive at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

Remote (South Africa) role. Ideal for candidates with 2+ years in SDR/BDR, strong written communication, and familiarity with outbound tools

Qualificações

B2B sales experience and quota attainment.
2+ years in SDR/BDR roles; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
Strong written communication; ability to personalize outreach.
Familiar with outbound tools used for outreach and sequencing.
Experience using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
