Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Enterprise Sales Consultant at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

Qualifications

B2B sales experience preferred and quota-bearing background.
2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean Salesforce and SalesLoft records.
Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
