Qualifications

• Proficient with performance analysis software and remote coaching.

Responsibilities

About the Role

This fully remote position requires an individual with a profound understanding of endurance sports, performance physiology, and advanced training methodologies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring personalized training plans for elite cyclists aiming for peak performance in major competitions. This role demands exceptional communication skills to effectively guide and motivate athletes from a distance, leveraging technology and data analytics. You will work with athletes across different time zones, collaborating with support staff to ensure holistic athlete development. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized, science-based training programs for elite cyclists.

Requirements

• Advanced coaching certification (e.g., UCI Level 3 or equivalent) and/or a Master's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of coaching experience with elite or professional cyclists.
• Proven track record of successfully preparing athletes for major national and international cycling events.
• Deep knowledge of cycling biomechanics, physiology, nutrition, and training periodization.
• Proficiency in using performance analysis software and tools (e.g., TrainingPeaks, WKO5, GoldenCheetah).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with athletes remotely.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple athletes and projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and disciplined to excel in a fully remote work environment.
• Familiarity with current trends and technological advancements in endurance sports.
• A genuine passion for cycling and athlete development.
