Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled and creative Remote Early Years Program Facilitator on a contract basis to deliver engaging online learning experiences for young children. The role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from home while using digital platforms to support cognitive, social, and emotional development.

You will develop online activities, run live virtual sessions, collaborate with curriculum teams, track progress, and provide feedback to children and parents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education, including program delivery.
• Proficiency with virtual classroom software and educational tech platforms.
• Strong content-creation skills and ability to adapt teaching for online environments.
• Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver online lesson plans and activities for early years children.
• Facilitate live virtual sessions and foster interactive learning.
• Utilize digital tools and apps to create engaging online environments.
• Provide feedback to children and parents via online channels.
• Monitor and document children's progress through digital portfolios.
• Collaborate with curriculum team to refine remote program content.
