Placements24 is recruiting a Remote Early Years Educator and Content Creator to design, deliver, and improve online learning experiences for children aged 2–5. You will craft videos, activities, and parent resources, collaborating with a distributed team to enhance an online platform.

Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as an early years educator with content creation experience.
• Proficiency in digital content creation tools and LMS.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and pedagogy for young learners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce interactive digital content for early years education (videos, animations, games).
• Develop remote-friendly lesson plans and activities for ages 2–5.
• Create resources for parents and caregivers to support home learning.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and multimedia specialists.
• Stay current with trends in early childhood education and digital learning tech.
• Participate in virtual meetings and contribute to strategic online program planning.
