About the Role

Our client is a dynamic educational technology company seeking an innovative Remote Early Learning Program Designer & Facilitator. This position is fully remote, allowing you to contribute your expertise from anywhere. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing engaging online learning programs for young children (ages 3-6). This involves creating curriculum content, interactive modules, and facilitating virtual learning sessions that promote holistic development. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative, engaging, and age-appropriate online curriculum and learning modules for early learners.
• Create multimedia learning materials, including interactive activities, videos, and printable resources.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and developers to bring learning programs to life.
• Assess the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with a significant focus on curriculum design and/or online instruction.
• Proven ability to design and develop engaging digital learning content for young children.
• Proficiency with various online learning platforms (LMS), video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom), and content creation software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of child development, learning theories, and pedagogical approaches for early years.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
