Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Early Childhood Educator, preferably with online teaching.
• Proficiency with educational technology and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams).
• Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy and development milestones.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills for online engagement.
• Reliable internet and a distraction-free home workspace.
