Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an innovative and dedicated Early Childhood Learning Specialist for a fully remote role supporting families in Richards Bay. You will design curricula, build digital learning resources, and provide virtual support to parents and children, shaping learning experiences from a distance.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in curriculum design and digital content creation, with excellent virtual communication skills and proficiency with educational technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Significant experience in curriculum development and instructional design for early learners.
• Proven ability to create effective digital educational content and resources.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for virtual interactions.
• Proficiency in utilizing educational technology platforms and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum for early childhood learners in a remote format.
• Create and curate digital learning materials, including videos, interactive activities, and printables.
• Provide virtual consultations and support to parents on child development and educational strategies.
• Facilitate online learning sessions and interactive workshops for children and parents.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in early childhood education and remote learning.
