Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated E-commerce Specialist to manage online sales channels for sporting goods, with a fully remote work arrangement from anywhere. You will optimize product listings, develop digital campaigns, analyze traffic and conversions, coordinate with fulfilment, and continuously improve the customer journey across Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce platforms.

A strong grasp of SEO, SEM, analytics and email marketing will help you drive growth and provide actionable insights

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Specialist or in a digital marketing role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and analytics tools.
• Demonstrated success in developing online marketing campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM and email marketing strategies.
• A passion for sporting goods and online retail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce website, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic and sales.
• Analyze website performance metrics, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage online inventory levels and coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Implement strategies to enhance the customer journey, including website usability, checkout process, and post-purchase engagement.
