Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a creative and strategic Remote E-commerce Social Media Content Strategist to lead content across all social channels. You will translate business goals into engaging narratives that drive engagement and e-commerce conversions, while maintaining brand voice and consistency.

Reporting to marketing leads, you will plan the content calendar, coordinate with design, copy, and product teams, and leverage analytics to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in content strategy, social media management, or content marketing.
• Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive engagement and business goals.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio.
• Solid understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Experience with CMS and social media management tools.
• Proven ability to analyze content performance and extract insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with e-commerce goals.
