Placements24 is seeking a skilled E-commerce Content Specialist to join its fully remote team. From anywhere in South Africa, you will craft compelling product descriptions, website copy, and marketing materials to drive engagement and sales.

Collaborating with the e-commerce and marketing teams, you will ensure brand consistency, optimize content for search engines and user experience, and manage a content calendar. A portfolio showing strong web content is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Content Writer or Copywriter in e-commerce.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of English.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research tools.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
• A portfolio showcasing creative and effective web content is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
