Huble in Durban, South Africa, a HubSpot and AI-driven marketing & creative consultancy, seeks a CRM Solutions Architect to design scalable solutions centered on HubSpot CRM.

You will integrate systems, architect data flows, and create adaptable architectures that align with clients' tech stacks and processes, collaborating with Development, Marketing, Sales, and Service teams to deliver high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• Strong architecture design for CRM ecosystems.
• Experience reading API docs and data models.
• Ability to lead integration projects end-to-end.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and design HubSpot-based solutions.
• Define architecture and project scope with cross-functional teams.
• Create documentation including requirements, functional specifications, and data models.
• Lead complex technology configuration projects and mentor junior team members.
• Conduct technology audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Define success metrics and reporting requirements for technology solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology features and communicate changes internally and to clients.
• Assist with data migration projects and conduct quality assurance testing.
• Drive team certifications and provide technology training to internal staff.
