Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an operations leadership role, ideally in a professional services or recruiting business.
• Proven track record of creating scalable systems and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Comfortable working closely with a CEO / founder in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement KPIs across all departments, with clear reporting frameworks.
• Manage and improve customer success workflows and retention processes.
• Oversee contract renewal processes and ensure timely execution.
• Support the recruitment team in partnership with the Director of Recruiting.
• Work cross-functionally to align operations with growth and client satisfaction.
