The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in content creation and social media, excellent writing and editing skills, and proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. This fully remote role offers flexible work and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 3–4 years of content creation and social media management.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and social media tools.
• Understanding of social media analytics and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand voice.
• Create engaging and high-quality content, including written posts, graphics, short videos, and infographics, for social media platforms and other digital channels.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish content, monitor social media trends, and engage with the online community.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all content and communications.
