Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a creative Digital Content Creator to join their fully remote team. You will conceptualize, create and distribute engaging content across blogs, websites, social channels and emails, driving online engagement.

The ideal candidate has strong writing, design sensibility, SEO know-how, and a proven content portfolio. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is required, with experience in Canva, WordPress and video editing a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
Proven experience as Content Creator or Digital Marketer with portfolio.
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; WordPress familiarity a plus.
Strong SEO understanding and content optimization experience.
Experience with social media tools and analytics.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with marketing goals.
Create high-quality content including blog posts, social media updates, infographics, videos, and website copy.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic visibility and traffic.
Manage social media channels, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure content is on-brand.
Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategy based on data.
Identify trending topics and opportunities for new content creation.
Assist in development of email marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.
Stay up-to-date with latest content marketing trends and digital media technologies.
