The CRA will monitor study sites, ensure data integrity, and coordinate with investigators while traveling up to 50% as needed and working primarily from a home office.

The role emphasizes ensuring protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and effective communication with site staff and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Clinical Research Associate in pharma/biotech.
• Solid understanding of GCP, trial processes, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site monitoring visits (selection, initiation, monitoring, close-out).
• Ensure adherence to protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of data in EDC systems.
