Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Education, Business Administration, Childcare Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in childcare management with emphasis on operational strategy and technology integration.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital platforms, online learning environments and EdTech solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on childcare operations, curriculum and management strategies for online platforms.
• Advise on selection and implementation of educational technology and digital tools.
• Develop strategic recommendations to enhance parent engagement and online communication.
• Analyze current online childcare models and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
