Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Online Chemistry Tutor to support students in the Port Elizabeth area and remotely. The role delivers personalized online sessions to explain complex chemical concepts and lab procedures, building student confidence and academic success.

You will conduct sessions, develop learning plans, and use virtual tools to engage learners across high school to introductory college courses, with flexible hours and home-based work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science field.
Experience tutoring or teaching chemistry, preferably online.
Strong knowledge of general, organic and physical chemistry.
Excellent remote communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct personalized online tutoring sessions focused on chemistry topics.
