Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years in network engineering or systems administration with distributed systems focus.
• Proven experience with blockchain network operations: node deployment and management (e.g., Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana).
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, DNS and other networking fundamentals.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go for automation.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and remote communication skills.
