Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As B2B Sales Representative at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales

Formación

• B2B sales experience is required or strongly preferred.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Excellent written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Comfortable using outbound tools to source and engage prospects.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls with Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
