Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with quota ownership.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; SaaS or agency a plus.
• Strong written communication and personalization.
• Familiar with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Proficient in Salesforce and managing your pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and provide sales feedback.
