Placements24 is seeking a Remote Athletic Performance Coach to design and monitor science-based training programs for athletes worldwide. This fully remote role leverages cutting-edge virtual training platforms and video analysis to optimize performance.

You will conduct virtual assessments, guide strength, speed, and injury-prevention strategies, and educate athletes on nutrition and lifestyle. Collaboration with athletes' teams ensures holistic development and sustained motivation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Science, or a related field.
• Certification from a recognized strength and conditioning organization (e.g., CSCS, NSCA-CPD).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an athletic performance coach with diverse athletes.
• Science-based training program design experience and expertise in biomechanics.
• Proficiency with remote coaching software, video analysis tools, and virtual communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor personalized athletic performance training programs for a diverse client base using remote coaching platforms.
• Conduct virtual assessments of athletes' physical capabilities, movement patterns, and injury risk factors.
• Provide expert guidance on strength and conditioning, speed and agility, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
• Utilize video analysis and other remote tools to provide detailed feedback on technique and performance.
• Educate athletes on sports nutrition, hydration, and lifestyle to enhance performance.
• Maintain detailed records of athlete progress, program adjustments, and outcomes.
• Stay current with research and advancements in sports science, performance training, and remote coaching technologies.
• Collaborate with athletes and their support teams to ensure holistic athlete development.
• Foster a positive and motivating virtual coaching environment with strong rapport and trust.
