Job summary

Productive Playhouse is seeking Zulu-speaking evaluators to test and assess AI chatbots. You will interact with models, perform structured evaluations, and provide actionable feedback, ratings, and deliverables under a series of SOWs.

This is a contractor, task-based engagement with the freedom to set your own schedule. Ideal candidates are fluent in Zulu and proficient in English, aged 18+, and comfortable with both written and voice-based interactions.

Qualifications

• Zulu fluency required (native or expert)
• Strong English reading/writing and communication skills
• Eligible to work as a contractor
• Hands-on experience with AI models or LLMs is preferred

Responsibilities

• Interact with AI chatbots and language models to evaluate performance
• Provide structured feedback, ratings, and deliverables per SOW
• Participate in task-based batches and adapt to evolving requirements
