Job summary

Placements24 invites an AI Cloud Solutions Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize AI workloads on major cloud platforms from a fully remote setting. You will collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to ensure scalable and secure AI systems in the cloud.

This role emphasizes MLOps, CI/CD, and continuous evaluation of new cloud technologies, enabling remote teams to deliver cutting-edge AI deployments at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• 4+ years of cloud engineering with AI/ML infrastructure focus.
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, GCP and AI/ML services (SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI).
• Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and container tech (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong networking, security, and data storage fundamentals in cloud environments.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and model deployment practices.
• Strong scripting (Python, Bash), problem-solving, and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure for AI/ML workloads.
• Deploy and manage AI/ML services on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Optimize cloud resources for cost, performance, and scalability.
• Implement MLOps for CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and management.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers on infrastructure needs.
• Develop IaC for AI environments and ensure security/compliance.
• Troubleshoot cloud infra and AI deployments; evaluate new cloud tech.
• Provide guidance to teams using cloud AI services.
