Overview

GC Realty & Development is a fast-growing residential property management company headquartered just outside Chicago. We manage 1400 rental homes and units and were known for being responsive tech-savvy and genuinely supportive of our team.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to help us stay on top of communications, organize information and support our leadership team behind the scenes.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Manage calendars and help prioritize meetings
  • Sort emails, escalate time-sensitive requests and draft simple communications
  • Update spreadsheets, pull reports and track team performance data
  • Follow up on tasks, projects and delegated items across teams
  • Help streamline workflows and improve systems with your ideas
  • Be the go-to support resource for making sure the little (but critical) stuff doesn’t fall through the cracks

This is a remote full-time support role for someone who thrives in structure, loves organization and is comfortable with fast-paced work.

What Youll Bring to the Table
  • At least 2-3 years in an admin, virtual assistant or back-office support role
  • Confidence working in Google Workspace and spreadsheets (bonus points for formulas or filters!)
  • Experience using digital tools like ClickUp, Trello, Slack or Zoom
  • Excellent communication skills (near-native English required)
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through and self-motivation
  • A quiet professional work-from-home setup with reliable internet
