Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a versatile 2D Designer for a fully remote, part-time engagement based in South Africa. You will craft storefront thumbnails, banners, social media graphics, in-world textures, and marketing assets for a vibrant VR platform, ensuring brand consistency and legible visuals across sizes.

You'll collaborate with a distributed team, iterate quickly on feedback, manage layered source files, and adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms while delivering high-quality visuals

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio across marketing graphics, UI assets, storefront visuals, or digital promotions.
• Experience creating graphics for multiple formats and display sizes, including thumbnails, icons, banners, and mobile layouts.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma; solid understanding of typography, color, branding.
• Ability to export assets per platform specs and to design for small displays with legible UI.
• Strong communication and collaboration, able to iterate on feedback in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Storefront thumbnails and graphics for digital store listings.
• Bundle graphics and visual identities for product groups.
• Marketing and promotional assets across social, blogs, and campaigns.
• Video graphics like title cards and overlays.
• Platform-specific assets for Steam, Meta, and other stores.
• In-app banners, notifications, and UI visuals.
• In-world 2D assets: signage, textures, posters.
• Maintain brand consistency while allowing distinct campaigns.
