Overview

Reliability Engineer: Lichtenburg

Purpose: Lead reliability improvement by implementing predictive and preventive maintenance. Ensure high equipment reliability, compliance, and timely reporting on plant performance.

Responsibilities
  • Identify root causes of equipment failures and drive corrective actions
  • Support new installations and capital projects
  • Perform ongoing reliability analysis; develop improvement plans
  • Prepare regular reliability reports
  • Plan and schedule engineering work
  • Oversee audit compliance and computerized maintenance management
  • Develop and manage maintenance budget
  • Ensure budget compliance and cost forecasts
  • Support team training, motivation, and development
  • Foster a harmonious, high-performance work environment
  • Ensure regulatory and product compliance
Qualifications
  • B.Eng. or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • GCC Certificate (Mining)
Experience
