Job summary

Standard Bank Group is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Facilitator to lead a SAFe program in Johannesburg. You will guide PI planning, coordinate with Program and Portfolio levels, and drive Lean-Agile transformation across teams to ensure value delivery.

The role requires 5-7 years of SAFe 4 experience, delivery facilitation and strong collaboration across IT stakeholders. Certified Scrum Master or related certifications are advantageous, with a first degree in Information Technology.

• Delivery Facilitation / Agile Transformation experience with SAFe.
• 5-7 years experience; SAFe 4; Lean-Agile program execution in small to medium solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices and Scrum; collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the execution of a complex Agile Release Train (ART) within SAFe.
• Guide the team through PI Planning and align with Program and Portfolio levels.
• Drive continuous improvement and provide visibility of feature delivery health; coach leaders/teams in the new processes.

Facilitate the execution of a singular complexed Agile Release Train (ART) within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Guide the team through PI Planning, ensuring alignment with the Program and Portfolio levels, and facilitating the execution of the PI objectives. Drive continuous improvement to ensure consistent value delivery. Provide visibility of health of feature delivery, overall program increment, promote Lean-Agile transformation, influencing, coaching leaders/teams in the new processes.
