Job Summary

Optimize the profit and economic value of portfolios of Growth Business key account clients requiring medium to high complexity commercial banking solutions by focusing on:

  1. Origination efforts to acquire new clients;
  2. Cross-selling to existing clients;
  3. Coverage efforts to service clients in accordance with the segment CVP.

Job Description

Drive Financial Targets: Maintain primary ownership of a portfolio of Growth Account clients, differentiated by the complexity level of the client base.

Relationship and Service Management: Develop strong client relationships through regular visits, aligned with the Commercial Growth Account Value Proposition. Initiate product changes and provide input into product development to better serve clients.

Manage Risk Assessment: Ensure compliance with the bank's policies and procedures. Take ownership of risk management by understanding the regulatory and compliance environments affecting both the bank and clients.

Collaboration: Improve workflows by challenging the status quo, supporting an empowering team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices, and providing constructive feedback.

Education

Bachelor's Degree and Professional Qualifications in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies are required.
