Responsibilities

  • Assist the Relationship Manager with day-to-day activities.
  • Liaise with Scheme Executives when necessary.
  • Process Body Corporate Insurance Claims.
  • Ensure timely authorization and payment of contractor invoices.
  • Manage stakeholder email correspondence.
  • Prepare AGM or SGM packs.
  • Oversee building maintenance tasks.
  • Update scheme information in the internal system.

Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Relationship Assistant, located in Gauteng North - Fourways branch. The Relationship Assistant will support day‑to‑day client relationship activities, to ensure that client satisfaction is upheld at all times, and to support the Relationship Manager with the management of their portfolio as per the SLA.

Qualifications
  • Grade 12 - High School Diploma or GED.
  • Sectional Title Management Certificate (CPMD or Paddocks).
  • A diploma in Business Administration or accountancy certification, or related field, would be beneficial.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Customer service and client management experience.
  • Organisational and time‑management abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in general accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools.
  • Adaptability and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in property management or a related field.
  • Experience in administrative duties.
Key Role Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
  • Assisting the Relationship Manager.
  • Liaising with Scheme Executives (Chairman and Trustees) in the absence of the Relationship Manager.
  • Processing Body Corporate Insurance Claims.
  • Ensuring that invoices from contractors, Scheme Executives, Owners are authorised and payment processed timeously.
  • Stakeholder correspondence – management of emails.
  • Preparation of AGM or SGM packs.
  • Building maintenance.
  • Ensure that Scheme information is uploaded and updated on the WPM internal system.
