Job summary

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist to ensure compliance with South African pharmaceutical regulations, manage product dossiers, and liaise with various departments. The ideal candidate holds a B. Pharm degree with 2-4 years of regulatory experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Excellent communication and time management skills are required. This position is based in Gauteng, South Africa.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years current Regulatory Affairs experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Registration with the South African Pharmacy Council (applicable to pharmacist).
  • Knowledge of good Manufacturing Practice Standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance in line with the Medicines Act-SA and Pharmacy Act.
  • Compile new product dossiers and variations for submission to SAHPRA.
  • Liaise and communicate with QA, Supply Chain, Commercial and PV departments.
