Job description

Job Title: Registration Finance Administrator (Fixed-Term Contract). Emeris consolidates resources and expertise from IIE Varsity College, IIE MSA, IIE-Vega School, and IIE School of Hospitality & Service Management, with a unified approach ensuring a consistent standard of excellence in teaching, learning, and student support. We are looking for suitably qualified candidates to work during our registration period.

These will be contract roles for the following vacancy: Registration Finance Administrator (Fixed-Term Contract).

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Cash office – taking of payments
  • Verify debit order details
  • Follow up with outstanding payments
  • Track all bursaries and follow up for outstanding evidence
  • Follow up with payments for pending registrations
  • General finance duties associated with registration
  • Receipting of application fees, pre-registration fees, and tuition fees in SIS
Required Competencies

Good interpersonal and communication skills. Computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Teams. Excellent time management. Finance acumen. Best suited to a friendly, organised and systematic person who has an eye for detail, works accurately and can handle pressure.
