About the role

As a Registered Nurse with the In-Reach Service you'll play a vital role in supporting residents within Residential Aged Care settings. No two days will be the same as you:

  • Deliver evidence-based care aligned to patient goals
  • Advocate for residents and support families and carers in navigating the health system
  • Respond effectively to changing clinical conditions and emergencies
  • Build therapeutic relationships and practice within ethical and cultural boundaries
