The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Montana State Hospital.
Provides inpatient psychiatric treatment for adults with serious mental illness.
MSH is the only psychiatric hospital in Montana that services people admitted from communities across the state.
Provide assistance and support to clients in maintaining a therapeutic environment. This position is responsible for monitoring and evaluating nursing services including providing immediate assistance, consultation and problem solving during crisis and high-risk situations. Coordinates and reviews investigation of unusual incidents, patient grievances, complaints, and allegations of abuse; supervises assigned staff and patient services. Shift differential may be available, and one meal is provided per shift.
