Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Located in Giyani, Limpopo

To provide quality care to patients in need of dialysis. Collaborate as a team to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To perform dialysis according to prescription in a safe manner and in accordance with Universal Renal Care internal policies and procedures.
2. To provide optimal patient care as per the nursing scope of practice.
3. Manage and maintain all medical equipment in accordance with to technical policies and procedures.
4. Ensure that all Universal Renal Care quality care processes are adhered to for the patients under your management.
5. Ensure that all patient clinical records are maintained and updated in accordance with the deadlines, policies & procedures.
6. Ensure that all financial policies and procedures are followed in the clinic.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• National Senior Certificate (Matric)
• Registered Nurse / Clinical Technologist qualification
• Computer literate
• Valid SANC / HPCSA registration
• BLS certified.
• Must have own transport and valid driver’s license.
