Key Responsibilities & Requirements
  • ECSA Registration (Pr.Eng or Pr.TechEng) – Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience required.
  • Construction Contract Expertise – In-depth knowledge of JBCC 6.2 Principal Building Agreement is essential; exposure to NEC 3 & 4 contracts is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to review, compile, and endorse Contract Instructions and Extension of Time claims.
  • Proven experience in government health infrastructure projects or similarly high-complexity construction environments.
  • Strong project management and delegation capabilities.
  • Comfortable in an open office setting, working collaboratively with professionals from 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong formal writing and administration skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work consistently.
