The Role

The Visual Merchandise Regional Manager is responsible for developing and executing visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand's identity and global framework. This role ensures that store layouts, product displays, and visual presentations attract, engage, and inspire customers, ultimately driving sales and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

The Visual Merchandise Regional Manager collaborates closely with marketing, Merchandise, and store retail operations teams to implement cohesive visual standards across all retail locations, optimize product placement, and analyze the effectiveness of visual campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance brand presence and drive sales across multiple locations including Africa stores.
  • Lead and train field visual merchandising teams, ensuring adherence to brand standards and effective execution of merchandising strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and retail store operations teams to align visual merchandising initiatives with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of visual displays and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate visual merchandising standards, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the visual merchandising budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining quality and impact.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and buy-in for visual merchandising initiatives.

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in visual merchandising, with a strong background in retail.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills across multiple regions.
