Responsibilities

• Manage operations, stock, pricing, and promotions across multiple sites.
• Support underperforming stores and cover for absent managers.
• Drive sales and support marketing and promotional activities.
• Monitor compliance with legal, ISO, HSE, and financial controls.
• Supervise and develop staff including Sales, Assistants, and Drivers.
