Qualifications

• 4-5 years relevant training experience including facilitation, programme design, training event coordination.
• 1-2 years restaurant operations experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training plans for Nandocas in the region.
• Conduct needs analysis and recommend training strategies.
• Manage and monitor training requirements for new openings.
