  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport is required.
  • Willingness to travel for the position.

Robertson Winery (Pty) Ltd, with its Sales & Marketing department based in Stellenbosch, has the opportunity based in Cape Town for a driven candidate with great organisational skills, paired with the ability to communicate and engage effectively on all levels. The incumbent will be responsible for the Western Cape, with a strong focus on the main market, specifically (but not limited to) the following areas: Khayelitsha, Langa, Gugulethu, Delft, Dunoon, and Nyanga.

Responsibilities
  • In‑trade relationship management with top selling customers and representatives
  • Effective implementation of marketing strategies to build brand awareness and support sales
  • Management of trade marketing budgets
  • Implementation of specific distribution drives
  • Effective use of information available to close gaps, increase distribution and grow sales
  • Strategic management & development of current & emerging markets
  • All other tasks related to the position
Qualifications
  • A relevant diploma / degree
  • 3-5 years' relevant Sales / Marketing / Trade Marketing experience in the wine / liquor industry, specifically in the following areas: Khayelitsha, Langa, Gugulethu, Delft, Dunoon, and Nyanga
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
  • Willingness to travel
