Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Technical Superintendents for consistent technical service delivery.
• Enforce accountability for compliance, reporting, and performance standards.
• Support workforce skills development and succession planning.
• Drive adherence to Booyco’s Quality Management System and compliance reporting.
• Act as a technical escalation point for key clients.
