As the Regional Secretary, you’ll be the right hand to the Area Manager—ensuring every meeting, message, and moment is flawlessly coordinated. This is more than just a support role; it’s a chance to be the heartbeat of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where precision and professionalism are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimise the Area Manager’s diary, ensuring seamless scheduling and time management
  • Screen and direct communications, ensuring relevance and confidentiality
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation with accuracy and flair
  • Handle faxing, photocopying, and document distribution with meticulous attention to detail
  • Maintain an organised and accessible filing system
  • Take minutes and coordinate logistics for meetings and events
  • Arrange travel bookings and itineraries with precision
