Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the City of Johannesburg.

The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations across the PE (Eastern Cape), Mpumalanga, and KZN regions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, manage sales teams, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and analyze market trends to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Monitor team performance, meet sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer service at every level.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales management, with expertise in team leadership and strategic planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders in the PE, Mpumalanga, and KZN regions.
  • Strong analytical skills for market research, trend analysis, and data‑driven decision making.
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results and maintain high levels of engagement.
  • Proven success working in a regional role across diverse areas and demographics is advantageous.
