Blacksmith Agency, a South Africa–based agency, seeks a Sales Development Representative to drive top-funnel activity across the region. You will research accounts, build contact lists, and craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone to book discovery calls for Account Executives.

Ideal candidates have B2B sales experience with quota-bearing roles and strong written communication to personalize outreach across multiple channels.

Formación

• B2B sales experience preferred and a track record of meeting quotas.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Regional Sales Manager at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients. This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
