This role plays an integral part in our team, as you will ensure business growth and client satisfaction, whilst managing your teams to achieve success.

- This person needs to generate a high-performance sales team capable of reaching sales targets and increasing branch profits.
Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting new advisors
- Ensuring that self and team reach sales targets, as amended by the company
- Supervision and guidance of current and future advisors
- Tracking and actioning all leads allocated to the branch staff
- Reporting daily sales activities
- Tracking branch activities via CRM system and addressing non-compliance issues
- Ensuring brokers linked to the branch meet training requirements to remain on the register
- Managing regional marketing activities and costs
- Maintaining accurate branch administration
- Managing branch profitability with the finance team

Minimum requirements:
- Matric certificate; Degree or diploma preferred
- RE 5 (mandatory), RE1 (advantageous)
- NQF 5 or credits in Wealth Management, Financial Planning or similar
- CFP (advantageous)
- At least 5 years in financial services industry
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Ability to perform Financial Needs Analysis
- 2 years management experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience in client services
